How do I delete my account?
Open the Loyalteey app → Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Or email [email protected] if you can't access the app. See Data Deletion.
How do I reset my Business PIN?
Open the app, switch to business mode, and tap "Forgot PIN?" on the PIN entry screen. You'll verify via the email registered to your account.
I was charged but my plan didn't activate
Send us a message above with your subscription receipt screenshot and the email used. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Where are my points?
Open the Loyalteey app → Points tab. Points are per-store: points earned at Store A can only be redeemed at Store A.
